Easiest car buying experience by far! Entire staff was friendly, helpful, and most of all, professional. I would strongly recommend contacting Troy Kablitz to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle!!! His non-pressure, yet attentive to every need approach was the difference that led me to pull the trigger on a two month search. That is even though I am on a vacation visiting family for Thanksgiving and was not planning to continue the car search until returning to TN.
So my wife and i stopped in preparing to buy not actually ready to buy at the moment. We just wanted to get an idea of what we wanted to purchase when our lease was up on our current car. We spoke with Jeremy (J9) talked about used car options new car options etc. Ended up leaving with a 2018 dodge grand caravan for about the same as the used vehicles we were looking at.. I would highly recommend zeiglers for anyone looking for a new or used car and would definitely recommend you talk with J9 ( he has 9 fingers)lol he made our buying experience comfortable and fun! Not the usual experience you think of while buying a new car and he gave us a fair honest price no haggling needed..
Absolutely GREAT service!! Everyone was SO friendly. Other employees in there weren’t helping us yet, they all went out of there way to be very friendly. One offered us some dinner as he was on his way out to get his. How awesome is that?!!
