I have never experienced this type of service when going to car dealerships, from the moment I walked in Jason Babcock was very accommodating to my needs. He was not pushy, overbearing, and did not try and sell me into something I didn't need. I told him exactly what I needed and the price range and he made it work for me. He was helpful every step of the way, including the random questions I have for him after having the new vehicle. After my lease is up, I will definitely be back in to see Jason for my next, I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Erik Harrington provided a great car buying experience for me. He showed me vehicles he knew I could afford and were interested in buying. I walked away with the vehicle I wanted to drive. Very good buying experience, everyone is very friendly and want to help you find the right vehicle. A no pressure approach was much appreciated. I worked with Lisa, Eric and Brad, all very professional and knowledgeable. My vehicle was slightly used and I found a few issues after the sale, they have been very responsive and more than willing to fix, all were very minor but still appreciate the no nonsense approach.
Every single step from the moment my husband and I walked in to signing my papers and driving my new H3 home was amazing. If I could give more stars I sure would. Brian Cochran was super helpful, friendly, and I could tell he was there to help find the perfect ride for me. They also have a lounge with snacks and drinks. Makes for a very welcoming feeling. I recommend going and seeing for yourself. I will definitely keep going back.
