Recently took my new Honda Odyssey in for installation of some accessories and the staff at the Service Area was friendly and helpful. The wait was shorter than expected and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The service technician reviewed my paperwork and confirmed the reason for my visit and was very personable. I had an excellent experience with Brian. Torpey! I have leased 7 cars from him and he is a pleasure to work with every time. He has an in depth knowledge of the cars and their various features. He is never "pushy" when you deal with him but has a friendly approachable manner. I recommend Brian to anyone who is shopping for a new car!
Ken was my sales person on the Honda side of Zeigler. He couldn't have been more courteous or helpful. No pressure and lots of patience. Josh was the finance manager and he showed a lot of class as well. It was a great experience for me hopefully for them as well.
