Awesome suite with 2 beds (and a sofa bed) with a fireplace. The layout of the property is nice with individual housing buildings adding a great feeling of privacy

I felt completely disrespected when the woman has my ID, if any issues were to come up, and that we were called lairs, even though my mother saw my sister's room in 2014 as well. (No renovation between then and now either.) I will never stay here again. This is NOT what we paid for. Also, I have never had a hotel take a $50 incident fee on top of the room rate. That's the point of using a card....if I had used cash, yes, that's a universal policy, but never while using a card. I will be taking video and photos to ensure they don't try and play games, and take our money.
They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable....and the staff even gave me a card expressing their apologies and condolences for my loss. The Housekeeper even went out of her way to leave crayons and coloring books for my son. Big spacious rooms...clean and cozy.
We booked a ground floor room for a handicapped member to have easy access, and it was supposed to be handicapped, walk in shower. it was not anything like described online. My sister had stayed her previously in building 6 or 7, and had a room with a living area, and two bedrooms completely closed off from the living room. This was how I took it from the online information as well. One room was closed off, but the other was connected to the living room, AND kitchen. When informing the desk of the mix-up on their part, Lucy informed me that her manager said we were all liars, and they wouldn't fix the issue, or make up for it in anyway.
Staff was very accommodating.....while i was in town staying there during the loss of my mother.
The location was conveniently right down the street from our event that was taking place that evening. My room was amazing with the burning fireplace. Geri was the hostess whom took care of us service was AWESOME! !!! I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back.
One we finally got in the room, over an hour late... which we paid for 4pm check in....we inspected. There were crackers and crumbs in the sofa pullout, no dish liquid to do dishes, and the vents in one room we're busted. The heat was on 86+° all weekend, and we all were very cold.
I'd give it 0 stars but Google requests at least one. Upon arriving I had given her my ID and my sisters card. I have done this at several hotels, and never once had an issue until now. (My card has too many fees, so I put my money on hers.) They have my ID, and know exactly where I would be for the next two days should there be any fraudulent issues. So, on Christmas Eve in horrible road and weather conditions I had to drive home to get her. (We did separate trips so we could have a "large" space for the family to be in all in one place for Christmas. First trip gifts and food, second would be to get everyone, her included.) Needless to say it took an extra hour to get into our room because of this. And again, no other hotel has given me ANY issue like this.
All in all, the rooms small, it's not worth how much they charge. Candlewood suites is much cheaper and have rooms the same size and treat their guests with respect. I will be returning to them. The only reason we chose this hotel was for an oven...too much money and disrespectful people for the price.
We have a king studio. It's very comfortable and nicely upgraded compared to another Residence Inn I visited recently. Kitchen has a bar with chairs to eat. And bathroom is good sized with mirrored closet doors. Veey nice over all. Pet friendly too!
